How to register
Before registering at the practice, we offer a Consultation appointment to discuss your dental needs.
The simplest way to book is to call in or telephone anytime during the day, so we can be sure to give you an appointment at a convenient time.
On your 1st visit, you will be required to fill in a form of general contact details as well as a current medical questionnaire including details of any medication. If you wish, these could be downloaded, pre filled in and brought along to the appointment with you.

At the time of booking your 1st appointment with us, if you provide us with an email address or a mobile phone number, we will send you a reminder 48 hours before.
Communication
Communication between patient and dentist is essential in estabilishing an optimum treatment plan. Occasionally aesthetic desires can conflict with clinical indications. We will always give you our best advice regarding your treatment options.
If you feel however that you disagree with any of our clinical recommendations, you are always free to seek a second opinion, we do appreciate that sometimes you may wish to do this.
