Just very professional all round

It was in every detail. From the friendliness at reception, to the minimal wait time, to the knowledge of the dentist and hygienist, even the equipment appeared to be advanced. It was a refreshing experience. I especially appreciated the hygienist nurse checking on me and reminding me to ‘take a deep breath’. I will be bringing my family here from now on.The only negative was the price was much higher - but definitely worth every penny and doesn’t put me off one bit!

The receptionist was very welcoming.My dentist was very thorough explaining the procedure every step of the way. As a nervous patient I was put completely at ease and will have no issues at all about returning for another appointment.

From walking into the practice, I was dealt with a very professional but friendly welcome. I had never met the hygienist before, she made me very relaxed and explained every procedure as she went along.As I am in the middle of a treatment plan and my next appointments were re-confirmed as I was leaving the practice. As a nervous patient all the staff make sure I am put at ease.

All the staff, both reception and dental teams are just so pleasant and friendly, I always feel extremely welcomeand comfortable on my visits. The competancy, and knowledge of the hygiene and dental teams is excellent and reassuring. I know I’m in safe hands. I know all the issues, options, and potential problems will be clearly explained to me so I can make an informed decision about my dental plan with the practitioners.

All staff were Friendly. Patient. Welcoming. Professional. Personable. Genuinely helpful and understanding when dealing with someone who has a history of sometimes debilitating anxiety with dental and hospital visits. There is a big difference in the whole feel of the place and attitude towards patients compared to the last dental practice I visited. Thank you
