Emergency dental care

Great personal welcome from receptionists. Always get to see the same Dentist and Hygienist. Dentist is very calm which helps me to be less anxious.

Always welcomed by very friendly reception staff. Aleena explained treatments very well for hygienist treatment and gave helpful feedback and advice.

Reception staff are wonderful and professional. Very caring and understanding. Dentist was professional and I felt confident in her care.

Friendly, helpful reception followed by a thorough treatment from hygienist with all aspects of treatment explained. Short wait before saw the dentist who was also thorough and explained possible future treatments. Both he and the dental nurse were kind, pleasant and helpful.

Everybody listened to my needs. I have vertigo and a great deal of care was taken to ensure my need to sit up were met even though it was uncomfortable for the clinician and nurse to work on my teeth in that position. Huge gratitude to them for catering to me.

The hygienist is very skilled and always puts me at my ease. She does a thorough job. The dental nurse was really good with the equipment and so I did not feel I was choking once. The reception staff are always pleasant and efficient .

To be honest, going to The Dental Health Centre is a day out! It’s lovely to see everyone, all the staff are fabulous! Dominic is the “world’s greatest dentist”. They’re an amazing team! Thank you xx

I should not have choked twice during my dental hygiene treatment that I was very unpleasant. The price has also gone up too much.

I was able to arrange an appointment convenient for me. Maria was extremely thoughtful in providing the treatment I needed within the checkup because she realised that I am housebound and travelling is very difficult. The treatment was quick and efficient and everything was explained clearly. Luckily for me I didn't have to negotiate stairs! It couldn't have been a better experience.

Polite staff and appointment time kept to. As this was only a checkup and not treatment there isn't a lot to comment on.

I have been visiting this practice for over 30 years and seen many challenges in staff from Denist Hygienist and receptionist. All have given excellent service.

All the staff are so lovely. They seem happy in their work and knowledgeable. Aleena was frequently checking in with me during the scale and polish appointment, and demonstrated a better angle from which I could brush my teeth. Dominic is always a delight, great sense of humour and also very reassuring.
